IVG Unified Recording® là nền tảng Omni-channel Recording hỗ trợ VoIP, Digital E1/ISDN, Analog, Softphone & tích hợp CRM, cho phép ghi âm, lưu trữ, tìm kiếm, nghe lại và quản trị tập trung.

Tìm kiếm & nghe lại: theo ngày, số máy, agent, chủ đề, ghi chú; phát trực tuyến hoặc tải .wav; xuất Excel.
Lưu trữ an toàn: lưu tạm tại bộ ghi âm, đồng bộ về máy chủ; nén GSM (~6MB/giờ); sao lưu NAS/SAN; chính sách xóa tự động.
